As a studied musician, vocalist, songwriter, arranger, producer and recording engineer Lawrence Cameron McGhee has loved and played music all his life. He fell in love with the sound of the guitar as a young boy learning to play by ear he was intrigued by its influence in music in particular R&B. His resume includes forming his own lucrative seven-piece group, session work, producing new artists and recorded artist. He honed his song writing by studying with Arthur Hamilton ("Cry Me a River") and Annette Tucker. His focus as a music professional has been to constantly improve his craft. Being a native of Los Angeles he always enjoyed the music diversity that he experienced there. Lawrence believes that a song is a synergistic marriage of lyrics and music.
